How it works

On Loadboard page - Whether you're a company that has reached its booking limit or you just want to book a trip that's already on the loadboard but with a higher price, the Kc Smart Post Truck Manager has you covered.
Not only can you set your own price for a truck order, but you can also assign a driver to an order before posting to prevent overbooking for the same driver.
Please note that the default price for a truck order is set to book a trip with the "Post a truck" feature immediately. However, you have the option to set your own price and wait for the order to be filled.

How it works

On Post a Truck page - On the Post truck page, you will find an Action dropdown control that allows you to perform various actions on your orders.
These actions include: deleting selected orders, Removing all orders at once, Adjusting the Start or End Appointment time for selected orders, Adjusting an entire order to another time, and Duplicating open, matched, and history orders in bulk. This dropdown control makes it easy to manage your orders and keep your operations running smoothly.

How to book on Loadboard page with Kc Smart Relay Post Truck Manager

By default, the price for a truck order is set to book a trip immediately. For example, if Amazon Relay is offering a trip for $1250.34, the extension will set the price to $1250, just a few cents lower than the payout. If you click "Post a truck" and then "Confirm," the order will be created with the Post-a-truck feature and the exact trip parameters, and Amazon will fill it immediately.
However, you also have the option to change the input to a higher price, such as $2500. If you do this and click "Post a truck" and then "Confirm," the extension will create an order with a minimum payout of $2500. The trip will not be booked until Amazon Relay raises the payout for it, and you will automatically book it when that happens.
This allows you to secure trips at a higher price if you are willing to wait for the payout to increase.

Is it necessary to select a driver ?

No, it is not required to select a driver when posting a truck on Amazon Relay. However, you have the option to assign a driver to the order before posting in order to prevent overbooking trips for the same driver. This can be helpful if you want to ensure that your orders are properly managed and avoid any potential issues with overbooking on Amazon Relay.

How can I test the order creation process?

One way to test the order creation process is to find a cheap trip on the loadboard page and set a much higher price in the price input. For example, if the trip payout is $250, you could set the price to $2500 to ensure that Amazon will not raise the payout and the order will not be filled.
Then, click "Post a truck" and "Confirm" and check the Amazon Post truck page to see if the order has been created. You can then remove the order after verifying that it has been created correctly.
This will allow you to test the order creation process and make sure everything is working as expected.

How can I Remove multiple Amazon Relay orders at once? - Remove selected/Remove all

The Kc Smart Post Truck Manager allows you to remove your orders in bulk, rather than having to manually cancel each order one by one. To remove selected orders, simply click on the checkboxes next to the desired orders, then select "Remove Selected" from the Action control dropdown and click the "Submit" button. If you want to remove all orders at once, simply select "Remove All" from the Action control dropdown and click the "Submi" button. This will save you time and effort, and make it easier to manage your orders and keep your operations running smoothly.

How can I adjust the start OR end time for my orders in bulk? - Adjust Start/Adjust End

The Kc Smart Post Truck Manager allows you to adjust the start OR end time for your orders in bulk, rather than having to do it manually for each order.
To do this, simply click on the checkboxes next to the desired orders, select "Adjust Start" or "Adjust End" from the Action control dropdown, then select the new date and time from the datetime picker and click the "Submit" button.
Please note that this feature only Adjust the Start or End time of the selected orders, and will not affect the other time.
For example, if your order has a Start time of 08:00 AM and you select to move the Start time to 06:00 AM, it will only move the Start time and the End time will remain unchanged.

The Kc Smart Post Truck Manager allows you to adjust the Start and End date and time for your orders in bulk, rather than having to do it manually for each order.
To do this, select "Adjust Range" from the Action control dropdown, then select the new Start date and time from the datetime picker.
The End time will be automatically calculated and adjusted once you click the "Submit" button.
This feature is different from the "Adjust Start" and "Adjust End" features, as it allows you to adjust both the Start and End timestamps while maintaining the same time window between them.
This can save you time and effort, and make it easier to manage your orders and keep your operations running smoothly.

How can I duplicate my open, matched, and history orders in bulk? - Duplicate

The Kc Smart Post Truck Manager allows you to quickly and easily duplicate your open, matched, and history orders in bulk.
To do this, simply select "Duplicate " from the Action control dropdown, then select the new start date and time from the datetime picker.
The end time will be automatically calculated and adjusted once you click the "Submit" button.
This feature works in the same way as the Duplicate button on the original Amazon action button, but it allows you to duplicate multiple orders at once, saving you time and effort.

Why can't I see the extension on the Amazon Relay pages?

If you are having trouble seeing the extension on the Amazon Relay pages, try refreshing the page.
It is possible that the extension may not have loaded properly the first time, but a simple refresh should fix the issue.

How to Install Kc Smart Post Truck Manager :

Go to the Chrome Store and click "Add to Chrome". Add to Chrome The extension will work with the Chrome browser on Windows and MacOS.
It also works on Android devices with Kiwi browser.  

Accessing the Extension 

To open the extension page, click the menu icon (three dots) at the top right of Chrome.
Point to "More Tools" and click "Extensions".
Click on the Kc Smart Post Truck Manager icon.  

How to subscribe ?

After installing the extension , click on the extension and click SUBSCRIBE (RED button).
Enter your email and card details and subscribe once you successfully subscribed you can now see MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION (GREEN Button), where you can manage your subscription.

I subscribed, I can't see active status ?

If it doesn't update automatically, try to refresh the page a few times.
If the Extension is still not active after a few minutes, please contact us via email to activate it immediately.  

Canceling Your Subscription

To view, modify, or cancel your subscription, go to the Kc Smart Post Truck Manager extension page and click the "Manage Subscription" button.
Alternatively, you can send an email to Support : admin@kcrelaybooker.com and we will cancel your subscription for you.
Once you cancel your subscription you will not get any Refunds as our sales are final but you will not be Charged for the future upcoming months.
